The Fellowship of the Ring

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring is the first book of the second trilogy of The Hobbit series. It’s a good book for people of all ages and is a great book because of it’s excitement. I really liked how Bilbo, in the celebration of his birthday party when he suddenly slips on his magic ring and disappears. This act folls all the hobbits in the celebration and is a ”practical” joke. Only Gandalf, the wizard knows the trick and after everyone leaves, he goes to Bilbo and advises him to give the ring to his grandson, Frodo Baggins. Reluctantly, Bilbo heeds Gandalf’s advice and does that.

It was also  amazing how Frodo got hit by one of the wraiths but survived. Just these reasons give it an at least 4 stars. To make the book even better, I loved the songs and poems from the whole book and especially the great scene in The Council of Elrond. My favorite characters are Sam and Frodo, because Sam is super hard working, and Frodo always tries to finish his quest no matter what. A great book for those who like  thick fantasies with great details and excitement. Just Great!
